Start cooking with rinsing meat and placing it a large pot. Then rinse, peel and chop all vegetables on halves and arrange them around the joint, add some pepper. Full pot with water and let it boil for couple hours. Don’t forget to take off any impurities from the water surface.

Finally, cook joint for 20 minutes and let it rest after for 20 minutes more.
