  • Boneless skin-on whole turkey breast
    1 pcs.
  • Canola oil
    2 tbsp.
  • Butter
    4 tbs
  • Panko breadcrumbs
    cups
  • Thyme leaves
    tbsp.
  • Sage
    4 tbs
  • Parsley leaves
    2 tbs
  • Garlic
    8 clove
  • Vegetable oil
    tbs
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
    to taste

Method

  • First of all, rinse and drain using paper towel turkey breast. Now, cut a rectangle, any plastic thing will help you. Don’t forget to season breast with salt and pepper. 

  • Next step. Put a pan on a medium heat on a stove and add butter. As soon as it melts add some breadcrumbs and roast it for couple minutes.

  • Now, use food processor and add there fried breadcrumbs, sage, thyme, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper. Process it.

  • Take turkey’s breast and spread processed mix on it. Gently start rolling up meat in a tight roll. Fix it with a thread.

  • Pour roll with vegetable oil and place it on a baking sheet.Heat oven to 380 F and put the roll in for couple minutes then decrease temperature to 160 F. Let it cook for an hour. Before slicing let in cool for at least 15 minutes.
