First step in our cooking process is preheating oven at 370 F. Now take pan and melt some butter in it. Then add flour and gently pour heavy cream, don’t forget to stir it. Cook sauce for 5-7 minutes.
Slice potatoes as thin as it possible. Put slices in baking dish adding salt and pepper to each layer. Finally, pour cream sauce and cheese.
Wrap up the backing sheet with foil and put in an oven for 20 minutes. Then increase temperature to 450F and bake 20 minutes more. In the end, take the foil off the baking sheet and leave it for 10-15 minutes more. As soon as it gets golden brown you can take it out of the oven and serve.
