Method

  • Let’s start with heating oven to 400F.

  • Now rinse well carrots and then peel them.

  • In large bowl mix olive oil, couple teaspoons of honey, cumin, ginger, coriander, cinnamon. Dip carrots into this sauсe.

  • Take baking sheet cover it with parchment paper and place carrots on it. Season with herbs, salt, pepper. Let carrots cook for 25 minutes.
