Loved by everyone, both adults and children. Many do not even realize that the filling in this pie is made from onions! A good baking option for a snack for Christmas party.


  • All-purpose flour

  • Bacon, cooked, drained, and chopped
    4 slices
  • Sour cream
    1 container
  • Caraway seeds
  • Vegetable oil

  • First of all, let’s heat oven to 425 F. Meanwhile, shape piecrust fitting your pie pan dish and place it the refrigerator.

  • Next step is chopping 12 onions in any way you like and fry on a large pan with some olive oil. Leave onions cool after frying.

  • Finally, whisk container of sour cream, 4 beaten eggs, 4 slices of roasted bacon, 2 tblsp. of flour and salt. Place roasted onions in the pie pan and pour creamy mix on the top. Cook for an hour and let it cool before serving.
