  • Heavy cream

  • Panko breadcrumbs

  • Cheese, crumbled

  • Chopped hazelnuts

  • Chopped rosemary

Method

  • Start cooking with heating 400 F. Meantime, chop: potato, turnips, shallot.

  • Use baking sheet for placing chopped vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Now, pour cream in a baking sheet and cover it with a foil.Cook gratin for 40-45 minutes until vegetables get light golden brown color.

  • Mix breadcrumbs, cheese, oil, hazelnuts and rosemary. Add this mix over the gratin and bake for 15 minutes more.
