  • Linguini pasta

  • Cooked or fresh shrimp
    2 pounds
  • Butter
    8 tbs
  • Garlic
    2 tbs
  • Heavy whipping cream
    2 cups
  • Parmesan cheese

  • Salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper and salt
    to taste
  • Italian herbs

  • Prepare large pan and cook it using direction on a package.

  • Meantime, chop onion and saute it on a large pan in melted butter. Add some sliced mushrooms and garlic. Cook it for couple minutes until vegetables are golden brown. Finally, add cream and grated cheese.

  • Add boiled linguine and seafood to the sauce. Cook it for 10 minutes on a low heat. You can add Italian herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
