First of all, start with chopping garlic and parsley. Mix this ingridients in a pan with oil, butter and lemon juice. Roast it for couple minutes on a medium heat.
Turn on grill. Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix onion and garlic powders, paprika, salt. Then prepare fish for cooking by rinsing it.
Now, mix all sauce ingridients and add to both sides of fish. Then place it on the grill and cook it for 15 minutes. Don't forget to add oil while roasting.
