An excellent alternative to chicken is sea bass in the oven. Prepare a seafood dish for Christmas and surprise your family and friends!

  • Sea bass fillets
    2 pounds
  • Paprika
    tsp.
  • Garlic
    2 cloves
  • Butter
    3 tbsp.
  • Lemon juice
    1 pcs.
  • Italian parsley
    2 tbsp.
  • Garlic powder
    tsp.
  • Onion powder
    tsp.
  • Sea salt
    tsp.
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
    1,5 tbsp.

Method

  • First of all, start with chopping garlic and parsley. Mix this ingridients in a pan with oil, butter and lemon juice. Roast it for couple minutes on a medium heat.

  • Turn on grill. Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix onion and garlic powders, paprika, salt. Then prepare fish for cooking by rinsing it.

  • Now, mix all sauce ingridients and add to both sides of fish. Then place it on the grill and cook it for 15 minutes. Don't forget to add oil while roasting.
