Let’s start cooking with preparing sauсe. Take small sauce bawl and mix in it garlic, salt, olive oil.
Defrost shrimps if they are not fresh and peel them. Dip seafood into the sauce and put it chill to fridge.
Heat large pan with olive oil and cook shrimps for a minute on each side.
Chop garlic and add it to shrimps, then some grated pepper, wine and lemon juice. Let it roast for a minute or two. Finally, add butter and cook 5 minutes more
Transfer shrimps to a plate and top it with parsley.
