Wash, dry, and cut the arugula if its leaves are too long.
Wash the radishes, remove the stems, and cut into slices.
Cut the bagels in half, brush each half with the cream cheese adjusting its amount to your taste. Place the chopped radish on the bottom bagel half. Put the chopped arugula on top and cover with the other half of the bagel.
Experiment with different types of bagels, such as sesame or everything, to find your favorite.
If you like a little extra kick, consider adding a sprinkle of red pepper flakes to the cream cheese spread.
For a vegetarian option, replace the cream cheese with avocado spread.
