  • Wash, dry, and cut the arugula if its leaves are too long.

  • Wash the radishes, remove the stems, and cut into slices.

  • Cut the bagels in half, brush each half with the cream cheese adjusting its amount to your taste. Place the chopped radish on the bottom bagel half. Put the chopped arugula on top and cover with the other half of the bagel.
