  • Butter

  • Curd cheese (with tomato)
    2,2 oz.
  • Curd cheese (with basil)

  • Green salad
    1 oz.
  • Fresh tomato
    2,2 oz.
  • Fresh cucumber
    2,2 oz.
  • Maasdam cheese
    2,2 oz.

  • Cut the bagel lengthwise into two halves, dry in a frying pan without oil or in a toaster. 

  • Spread slices of bagels with curd cheese, put slices of Maasdam cheese on the top half. 

  • Arrange the greens, thinly sliced cucumber and tomato slices on the bottom half and cover with the other half of the bagel. 


  • Mixing some herbs like dill, chives or parsley to the cream cheese would bring out more taste.

  • If you want to change the cheese, you can use any cheese you like such as Cheddar, Gouda or Brie.
