Cut the bagel lengthwise into two halves, dry in a frying pan without oil or in a toaster.
Spread slices of bagels with curd cheese, put slices of Maasdam cheese on the top half.
Arrange the greens, thinly sliced cucumber and tomato slices on the bottom half and cover with the other half of the bagel.
Mixing some herbs like dill, chives or parsley to the cream cheese would bring out more taste.
If you want to change the cheese, you can use any cheese you like such as Cheddar, Gouda or Brie.
