Mix sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vegetable oil in a deep bowl and mix until smooth with a mixer until the brown sugar is dissolved.

You can make this bread without sugar because bananas contain fructose, which gives the baked product sweetness. The main thing is to choose for this recipe very ripe bananas, it is not terrible if they have darkened skin. Such fruits are more fragrant, so the finished bread will smell delicious.
