Here is the American classic banana bread. It was originally baked to get rid of bananas rather than because it was simple to prepare. Method

  • Mix sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vegetable oil in a deep bowl and mix until smooth with a mixer until the brown sugar is dissolved.

  • Add 2 types of sifted flour and baking powder. Slowly mix until smooth with a spoon.

  • Cut the pear with pre-removed seeds into slices or small pieces. Cut the chocolate into small cubes. Mash bananas and add pear, chocolate, and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix everything and add to the dough.

  • Transfer one-half of the dough to the greased with butter mold and put chopped banana or pear pieces on top. Cover with another half of the dough and put into the oven.

  • Bake for about 50-60 minutes at 320 °F, then put it off and let the bread cold for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy your dessert!

Notes

  • You can also add flax or sesame seeds to the dough.

  • You can make this bread without sugar because bananas contain fructose, which gives the baked product sweetness. The main thing is to choose for this recipe very ripe bananas, it is not terrible if they have darkened skin. Such fruits are more fragrant, so the finished bread will smell delicious.
