Whisk the eggs into a big bowl. Peel and chop the bananas and add to the eggs. Mash them into a puree. Break the chocolate into pieces with a knife or grate it and transfer it to a separate plate or bowl. You will need it later.
Preheat the oven to 352°F. Line with parchment paper the mold, and grease with soft butter.
Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then gradually stir in the mixture from Step 1.
Carefully add the sifted flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, then banana puree and chocolate.
Pour the dough into the mold and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes. Check the bread with a spatula for readiness (the dough should not stick to the spatula). If the bread is ready, then take it out of the oven and let it cool. Slice and serve with jam, butter, honey, etc. Sprinkle with cinnamon!
At the top, make small cuts or a big one along the dough, so it does not deform much during baking.
You can melt chocolate in a water bath and use it as a liquid filling for bread. That way you have an imitation chocolate fondue.
