Wash, peel and mash 2 bananas in a deep bowl (cut them into pieces, to mash them easier). Mix with sugar, soft butter (take it out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking) and cracked eggs. Mix the mixture until smooth with a whisk. You can additionally use the blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients (add the flour carefully, in installments, to make no lumps), mix together. Take a glass or iron baking mold (any shape, depending on what kind of bread you want to bake). Take parchment paper, cut out shapes with scissors to cover your mold. This is to prevent the dough from sticking to the mold so you can take the bread out after baking it. When you have lined the mold, grease it with butter or unrefined vegetable oil and place the dough into the mold.
With a peeling knife make the long banana slices, place them at top of the dough and bake the bread for about 1 hour in the oven at 350 °F. Pierce with a skewer to check if the bread is done. The dough should not stick to the skewer. After that, take out the bread using oven mitts, put the mold on a wooden surface and let the bread cool down. Remove from the mold, cut into slices and serve with tea or coffee.
The riper the bananas, the tastier and more aromatic the bread will be.
If you want more banana flavor, you can mash the bananas into a puree, then while you are putting the dough in the mold, divide it into 2 parts, and in between add a layer of this banana puree.
In general, you can add any kind of filling to the inside of your bread as you wish. You can also add nuts or dried fruit to the dough if you like sourness.
To diversify the taste a little, use chocolate as a topping or you can crumble it into the dough before baking it.
