Preheat oven to 375 F, and grease a donut pan.
Put butter spread in a small microwave-safe bowl, and microwave for 30 seconds until melted.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in almond milk. Add flour and baking powder, and mix until smooth.
Pour donut batter into the greased pan, and place in the oven. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-13 minutes. You can check the readiness with a toothpick. Just poke the donut and see if it comes out dry, then the donuts are ready!
Meanwhile, towards the end of the baking time, prepare the cinnamon sugar topping. Add butter spread to a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds until melted. In a second bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar.
When donuts are done, take each one and dip it in the melted butter, then dip in the cinnamon sugar. Enjoy while still slightly warm!
