A very tasty glazed donut, topped with dark and white chocolate. This delicious pastry goes well with tea or coffee.


  • Wheat flour
    16 tbsp.
  • Dry yeast
    1,3333333333333 tsp.

  • Sift the flour.

  • Heat milk, do not bring to a boil. Then pour in a bowl, add yeast, sugar and salt. Mix well with a fork or whisk.

  • Break the eggs, add to the bowl. Pour in oil. Mix well. Then gradually add the flour. Mix well. Leave to rise for half an hour.

  • Then cut the dough into pieces. Roll the dough to ½ inch thickness. Then take the donuts cutter, cut out the donuts. Don’t forget to dip the donuts' cutler in the flour.

  • Heat the deep fryer, pour in oil. Dip the donuts. Brown until golden.

  • Make glaze. Put the chocolate in a bowl, melt in a microwave or pot. Dip each donut in the glaze, then put on a plate.


  • If the dough is too runny, add more flour.
