Heat milk, but do not bring to a boil. Pour dry yeast into a warm (!) milk. Add sugar. Mix well.
Break the eggs in a bowl. Beat the milk and egg mixture with a fork, whisk or mixer.
Sift the flour. Then gradually pour to the egg mixture. Beat well until smooth. Leave for 1 hour until the dough rises.
Make the balls from dough. Cut out a circle in the center of the ball, using a shot glass.
Heat a deep fryer, pour in oil. Dip the donuts into a boiling oil. Brown until gold.
Make glaze. Cut the chocolate bar into pieces, put in a pot and add a little water. Melt it.
Dip the cooked donuts in the glaze.
If the dough is too runny, add more flour.
