Easy glazed donuts

Easy recipe of glazed donuts, made of wheat flour, dry yeast, milk and sugar. The donuts are served chilled with tea or coffee.

  • Wheat flour
    22 tbsp.
  • Milk
    10 tbsp.
  • Eggs
    2 pcs.
  • Dry yeast
    2 tsp.
  • Chocolate
    4 tbsp.
  • Sugar
    6 tbsp.

  • Heat milk, but do not bring to a boil. Pour dry yeast into a warm (!) milk. Add sugar. Mix well.

  • Break the eggs in a bowl. Beat the milk and egg mixture with a fork, whisk or mixer.

  • Sift the flour. Then gradually pour to the egg mixture. Beat well until smooth. Leave for 1 hour until the dough rises. 

  • Make the balls from dough. Cut out a circle in the center of the ball, using a shot glass.

  • Heat a deep fryer, pour in oil. Dip the donuts into a boiling oil. Brown until gold.

  • Make glaze. Cut the chocolate bar into pieces, put in a pot and add a little water. Melt it.

  • Dip the cooked donuts in the glaze.


  • If the dough is too runny, add more flour.
