Delicious and juicy donuts for the whole family! These cake donuts are baked and then glazed lightly or covered in cinnamon-sugar. Getting ready is very easy and simple and does not take much time. Try it!

Method

  • Preheat oven to 325 F. Line the wire rack with parchment paper.

  • Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and baking soda in a deep bowl. 

  • Then add pumpkin purée, eggs, milk and softened butter. Beat the mixture with an electric hand mixer or food processor until smooth.

  • Bake in preheated oven until the donuts get fluffy, 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Beat confectioners' sugar, melted butter, water, and vanilla extract together in a bowl until smooth. Dip warm donuts into the glaze and let any excess glaze drip back into the bowl before placing the glazed donut on the prepared baking sheet to cool.
