Dissolve the water together with the honey, then add the yeast, stir it and leave it in a warm place for 10-15 minutes.
Mix the dry ingredients and add the yeast mixture, mix until you have a dough, then dust your work surface with flour and start kneading the dough on it for 10 minutes. Then transfer it back to the bowl, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for an hour. The dough should increase twofold.
When the dough has increased in size, knead it again to let the air out. Divide into the desired number of portions, add dates, knead them into the dough. Place a raw dough in a baking dish lined with baking paper. Make small strips on top of the dough with a knife. Cover with a towel and leave for another hour.
Bake the bread at 420 F for half an hour until golden crust appears. Let the bread cool before serving.
