Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using your hands. When you have formed a dough, transfer it to a surface dusted with flour and knead the dough for 10 minutes.
Transfer the dough back to the bowl and cover with a clean towel. Leave it in a warm place for 2 hours. When the dough rises, start to kneading it for 10 minutes and then cover again with a towel and leave it for 1 to 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 460 F. Transfer the bread to a baking dish, dusting it with flour beforehand, lash a few times with a sharp knife and bake for 30-40 minutes.
It should cool before serving, then it can be cut into slices.
