Marinade for beef. Cut the meat into thick strips. Transfer to large bowl. Combine in a separate bowl the following ingredients: soy sauce, 1 tbsp. grated ginger, peanut butter, crushed garlic. Pour the dressing over beef meat. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate for about 2 hours.
Wash the cucumber under running water. Cut lengthwise into thin slices. Whisk the following ingredients in a separate bowl: sugar, grated ginger, a little lime juice (squeeze from lime) and vinegar. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Pour the marinade over cucumber. Soak for half an hour in refrigerator. Then drain the cucumber. Use colander.
Wash the tomatoes, cut them into half.
Wash under running water cilantro, finely cut it.
Heat the frying pan, pour olive oil. Add a half of beef meat. Brown for 2 minutes, but do not overcook. Repeat with the rest of the beef.
Combine all ingredients in one bowl. Mix well. Transfer the beef slices over salad. Season to your taste.
