Choose the grill for cooking meat (it can be gas or charcoal). Heat grill. Cut the beef into 2 parts, pour over the chili garlic sauce. Brown the meat on both sides for 4 minutes.
Rinse the rice under water, dry it with a paper towel. Heat the frying pan, pour the rice and saute until golden brown. Then grind the grains in a blender.
Wash the herbs, then finely cut.
Chop the cucumbers into thin slices.
Mix the following ingredients in a bowl: lime juice, brown sugar, fish sauce and chili sauce.
Divide the chopped herbs and cucumbers in several servings. Then put the sliced beef, sprinkle with rice powder, dressing and roasted peanuts.
