This delicious salad with broccoli, asparagus and sweet cherry tomatoes is easy to prepare and very healthy. It's low in calories and a great source of nutrients.


  • Green asparagus

  • Onion

  • Cucumber
    2 pieces
  • Frozen peas
    3,5 oz
  • Garlic
    1 clove
  • Lemon, squeezed
    0,5 piece
  • Olive oil
    3 tbsp
  • Mustard
    1 tbsp
  • Maple syrup
    1 tsp
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Pepper
    to taste

  • Wash and clean the asparagus. Cook the asparagus in a pot of boiling salted water for about 3 minutes. Prepare a bowl of cold water and some ice cubes. Remove the asparagus from the pot and immediately put in the ice water for about 3 minutes. Then pat it dry with paper towels.

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Chop the onion. Rinse the peas in cold water and let the water drain. Put everything in a bowl with asparagus.

  • Finely chop a clove of garlic for the dressing. Then mix together mustard, lemon juice, maple syrup, pepper, olive oil and salt. Now pour the dressing over the salad.


  • This salad goes well with fish and grilled meat.
