Since it’s best made ahead of time (and everyone raves about this recipe), it’s a great potluck dish and a favorite addition to a holiday table.


  • Broccoli florets
    8,8 oz
  • Red pepper
    1 piece
  • Apple
    1 piece
  • Vegetable oil
    1 fl. oz
  • Vinegar
    0,7 fl. oz
  • Mustard
    1 tbsp
  • Salt
    1 tsp
  • Pepper
    0,5 tsp
  • Sunflower seeds
    2 tbsp
  • Honey
    1 tsp

  • Wash the broccoli and chop it into florets. Wash and peel the apple, then cut into quarters. Wash the red pepper and also cut into quarters.

  • Put the apple, broccoli and other ingredients in the multi-chopper and mix for 5-10 seconds. Serve the salad in bowls or plates.


  • If you don't have a multi-chopper, cut the vegetables with a knife and then mix them with the other ingredients.
