Saute the broccoli florets for about 5 minutes. Wash the tomatoes and peppers and cut them into small pieces. Add to the pan with broccoli and stir. Fry the vegetables for 5 another minutes.
Make a dressing with the vinegar, oil, lemon juice, orange juice, mustard and spices. Pour the dressing over the still warm vegetable mixture and let it cool. Divide the warm salad into the bowls and serve.
This dish goes well with a baguette.
