This warm broccoli salad is a salad for people that think salads aren't filling or they think they are boring. It's a delectable warm salad for the cold and blustery days.


  • Broccoli, divided into florets
    35,2 oz
  • Tomato
    2 pieces
  • Bell pepper
    1 piece
  • Herbal vinegar
    2 tbsp
  • Oil
    1 tbsp
  • Mustard
    1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice
    1 tbsp
  • Orange juice
    1 tbsp
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Chilli
    to taste
  • Pepper
    to taste

  • Saute the broccoli florets for about 5 minutes. Wash the tomatoes and peppers and cut them into small pieces. Add to the pan with broccoli and stir. Fry the vegetables for 5 another minutes. 

  • Make a dressing with the vinegar, oil, lemon juice, orange juice, mustard and spices. Pour the dressing over the still warm vegetable mixture and let it cool. Divide the warm salad into the bowls and serve.


  • This dish goes well with a baguette.
