Fill a pot with water (1 1/4 cups per serving), add the chicken breast and a pinch of salt . Cook for about 20-25 minutes after boiling.

Then cut all types of grape in half, crush the nuts (pecan) with a knife or in a mortar. Combine all the ingredients in a salad bowl. Season with spices and pour the dressing over the salad. Mix well.
Mix the following ingredients: mayonnaise, yogurt and Dijon mustard. Then pour over the salad.
