  • Olive oil
    1 tbsp.
  • Skinless chicken breasts, butterflied
    2 pcs.
  • Chinese five-spice
    1,2 tsp.
  • Romaine lettuce, shredded
    1 pcs.
  • Mixed crunchy salad vegetables
    2 cups
  • Sweet chilli sauce
    2 tbsp.
  • Rice vinegar
    1 tbsp.
  • Reduced-salt soy sauce
    3 tbsp.
  • Toasted sesame seeds
    1 tbsp.
  • Spring onions, shredded
    4 pcs.

  • Put the chicken seasoned with salt, pepper and five Chinese spices on a preheated frying pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside to rest and cool slightly, then slice

  • Add the chicken to the chopped vegetables and salad.

  • Next, add the sweet chili sauce, the remaining Chinese five spices, rice vinegar and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly. Before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
