A tasty and easy-to-make salad. It makes a nutritious lunch or dinner. It has a very pleasant texture.

  • Shredded iceberg lettuce

  • Cooked lentils
    2 cups
  • Diced cooked chicken
    2 cups
  • Diced celery
    2 cups
  • Shredded carrot
    1 cups
  • Chopped pecans
    1 cups
  • Mayonnaise
    2 cups
  • Chunky salsa
    1 cup
  • Green onions, chopped
    8 pcs.
  • Lemon juice
    2 tbsp.

Method

  • In a large bowl mix the following ingredients: lettuce, cooked lentils and chicken, celery, carrot and pecans.
