This is a hearty salad that is cooked very fast. Serve as a light dinner or lunch.

Method

  • Rinse the Chinese cabbage under running water, finely cut it.

  • Finely cut the smoked chicken breast into chunks.

  • Rinse the pears under running water, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, pour the dressing (see below) over the salad and mix well.
