Warm chicken salad with a juicy and sweet grape. This dish is made of grilled chicken, ground walnuts, fresh fruits. It is a very hearty recipe for lunch or a light dinner.

Method

  • Season the chicken breast with black pepper and salt. Heat the frying pan, pour in oil and brown the meat on both sides until golden brown. Cut the grilled meat into small chunks.

  • Rinse the grape under running water, cut in half.

  • Rinse the pears under running water, remove the seeds and cut into cubes.

  • Rinse the celery stalks under running water, cut into half rings.

  • Cut walnuts with a knife or grind in a blender.

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl, pour the dressing over the salad.

How to make salad dressing?

  • Combine the following ingredients in a bowl: mayonnaise, olive oil, pepper, salt and lemon juice (squeeze the lemon).
