This salad is a quick & simple egg salad recipe that you will surely like. It’s high in protein and it makes use of basic ingredients!

  • Chives or green onions
    1 bunch
  • Canned peas
    4,6 oz.
  • Salt
    to taste
  • Black pepper
    to taste

Method

  • Boil the eggs for 10 minutes and let them cool. Then peel the eggs and cut into small cubes.

  • Finely chop the green onion. Now drain the canned peas.

  • Put the eggs, peas and green onions in a bowl. Add seasoning and mayonnaise. Mix the ingredients well and serve.
