Peel the fruits, cut them into small pieces and put in a baking dish. Separate the whites from the yolks, beat the egg whites until peaks and set aside. Whisk the egg yolks with the sour cream and cinnamon. Now add the egg whites.
Spread the mixture over the fruits. Bake in your oven for about 20 minutes at 392℉ until the top is golden brown.
You can add any sweetener (honey/ topinambur syrup) if desired.
