This easy fruit salad with sour cream makes a delicious breakfast or a fresh, healthy snack. It takes barely any time to prepare!

  • Sugar or liquid sweetener

  • Peel the banana and pear, cut into small pieces. Blend the sour cream with vanilla sugar and add sweetener or sugar if necessary. Mix everything thoroughly.

  • You can eat right away or you can refrigerate for an hour, but in this case, make sure that all the banana pieces are covered with cream, otherwise they will turn brown.


  • The fruits must be ripe to bring out the full flavor. 

  • You can also use yoghurt or ice cream as a salad dressing.

  • You can decorate your salad with fresh mint.
