  • Nectarines

  • Apples

  • Bananas

  • Kiwi

  • Grapes
    3,5 oz
  • Lemon juice
    to taste
  • Сream or sour cream
    3 tsp
  • Orange juice
    0,2 cup
  • Liquid sweetener
    to taste

  • Wash the fruits, peel if necessary and cut them into small pieces. Put the fruits in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice.

  • Then gradually add the orange juice, cream or sour cream and sweetener. Mix all the ingredients well.


  • Add honey instead of sweetener, or use multivitamin juice instead of orange juice.

  • After washing the fruits, dry them well before adding it to your salad.
