The citrus salad not only has a wonderful fruity taste, but is also very healthy because it contains a lot of vitamin C and helps our immune system, especially in the cold season.


  • Organic orange
    2 pieces
  • Organic grapefruit
    1 piece
  • Sugar
    1 tbsp
  • Organic Pomegranate
    1 piece
  • Pistachios (roasted and salted)
    1 handful
  • Lemon balm or mint
    4 leaves

  • Peel the oranges and grapefruits. When peeling, make sure that the white part of the grapefruit peel is completely removed, as it tastes bitter. Cut the citrus fruits into slices and sprinkle them with sugar.

  • Peel the pomegranate. Rinse the mint or lemon balm and dry thoroughly. Arrange citrus slices on plates, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, pistachios and mint before serving.


  • The fruits must be ripe to bring out the full flavor.
