  • Fresh ginger

  • Peel the pineapple, mango and banana, then cut them into pieces. Wash the apple, remove its core and also cut into pieces. Wash the strawberries and carambola, then cut them into pieces.

  • Squeeze out half a lemon. Put the fruit pieces in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Peel a piece of ginger about 0.78 Inch long and chop finely. Then finely cut the melissa.

  • Put the chopped ginger and melissa in the bowl with fruits, add honey and mix everything well. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour, stirring again before serving.


  • Make sure your fruits are thoroughly dried before assembling your salad.

  • If using frozen fruit, let it thaw in the fridge first and drain excess water before using.
