It’s an incredibly refreshing salad with sweet-smelling fruits and hazelnuts. Try this recipe if you want a lovely light summer dessert!

Method

  • Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with honey in a bowl. Peel the banana, cut into small pieces. Then mix the banana with lemon juice.

  • Peel the rest of the fruits, cut into small pieces, add them to the bowl and mix well. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and add the grapes.
