Peel the pineapple and cut its core out, then cut the flesh into cubes. Peel the banana and orange and cut into slices or cubes.
Wash and cut the strawberries, grapes and apple. Put everything in a bowl. Pour the lemon juice over the salad and mix well.
The fruits must be ripe to bring out the full flavor.
If desired, the salad can be served with mascarpone or whipped cream.
