Method

  • Peel the pineapple and cut its core out, then cut the flesh into cubes. Peel the banana and orange and cut into slices or cubes. 

  • Wash and cut the strawberries, grapes and apple. Put everything in a bowl. Pour the lemon juice over the salad and mix well.

Notes

  • The fruits must be ripe to bring out the full flavor.

  • If desired, the salad can be served with mascarpone or whipped cream.
