Peel the banana and cut into slices (not too thin). Cut the apple into quarters, remove its core and cut into slices or pieces of any size.
Put the sliced fruits in a bowl, then add the raisins, prunes, pecans and top with yoghurt. Finally, sprinkle the salad with cinnamon. If desired, the fruit salad can be sweetened with honey.
Before adding the raisins to your salad, soften them by soaking them in hot water.
The fruits must be ripe to bring out the full flavor.
