Salad with Sharon Fruit and Pomegranate

Paired with slices of sharon fruit and topped with sparkling red pomegranate seeds, this kind of fruit salad makes a refreshing dessert.


  • Sharon fruit

  • Lime
    1 piece
  • Liquid honey (Acacia honey)
    0,5 tsp
  • Pomegranate
    1 piece
  • Сane sugar
    2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder
    1 pinch

  • Wash and peel the pomegranate. Then wash the sharon fruit and cut it into small pieces. 

  • Squeeze a lime and mix the lime juice with honey, sugar and cinnamon. You can add more cinnamon or sugar if you like. Pour the dressing over the salad and leave to infuse for about 10 minutes. Mix well and serve.


  • You can add any other sweetener instead of honey, such as topinambur or agave syrup.

  • Use only ripe fruits for a really flavorful and sweet salad.

  • You can add a splash of orange liqueur to make the flavor even more special.
