Wash and peel the pomegranate. Then wash the sharon fruit and cut it into small pieces.
Squeeze a lime and mix the lime juice with honey, sugar and cinnamon. You can add more cinnamon or sugar if you like. Pour the dressing over the salad and leave to infuse for about 10 minutes. Mix well and serve.
You can add any other sweetener instead of honey, such as topinambur or agave syrup.
