Freshen up your menu with an easy fruit salad that’s tossed in maple syrup. Fruit salad is a great dinner side dish, and it’s also the perfect dish to take to a cookout, family gathering, or summer event. It’s practically exploding with vitamins and antioxidants!

  • Peel the fruits, cut them into pieces of the same size and mix with lemon juice. Then add some maple syrup.

  • Remove the shells from the walnuts, chop them and fry in a pan with maple syrup for about 1 minute. Then add the fried walnuts to the fruits and mix well. Enjoy!


  • Use only ripe fruits for a really flavorful and sweet salad.

  • After washing the fruits, dry them well before adding to your salad.
