In a large glass bowl, layer the peaches, blueberries, kiwi, raspberries and grapes. In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, lemon juice and lemon zest.
In another bowl, beat the sweet cream with the sugar powder until peaks. Blend the mixture with whipped cream, pour it over the fruits, smooth and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Make sure your fruit is thoroughly dried before assembling your salad.
The fruits must be ripe to bring out the full flavor.
