There is nothing better than a good fruit salad, especially when it looks gorgeous! With layers of different fruits in alternating colors, and an amazing simple sauce, this Layered Fruit Salad makes it exciting to eat a rainbow!

  • Chopped kiwi

  • Sliced fresh peaches (or canned, without liquid)

  • Fresh blueberries

  • Fresh chopped raspberries

  • Grapes

  • Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
    2 tbsp
  • Lemon zest
    1 tsp
  • Cottage cheese
    8,8 oz
  • Sweet cream
    6,7 fl. oz
  • Sugar powder
    1,8 oz
  • Chopped walnuts
    2,2 oz

Method

  • In a large glass bowl, layer the peaches, blueberries, kiwi, raspberries and grapes. In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese, lemon juice and lemon zest. 

  • In another bowl, beat the sweet cream with the sugar powder until peaks. Blend the mixture with whipped cream, pour it over the fruits, smooth and sprinkle with chopped walnuts. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
