Cut the fruits into small pieces and mix in a bowl. Then add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice if needed.
Put the Greek yogurt in another bowl, add brown sugar and lime juice. It's better to use only 1 tablespoon of sugar and add a second tablespoon if needed when the dressing is done. Finely cut 10-15 mint leaves and add to the yoghurt as well.
Take beautiful glasses or bowls. First, put the fruit salad in a glass, then fill it with mojito yoghurt. Sprinkle with brown sugar and decorate with a mint leaf.
Make sure your fruits are thoroughly dried before assembling your salad.
If using frozen fruit, let it thaw in the fridge first and drain excess water before using.
Bon Appetit!
