  • Orange

  • Grapes (without seeds)

  • Sour cream or cottage cheese

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Brown sugar (bourbon)

  • Granulated sugar

  • Wash and separate the grapes from the branch and put them in a bowl. Wash the apple, cut into pieces. Peel the orange, remove the white skin and all seeds, and also cut into small pieces. Peel the banana and cut it into slices. Peel the kiwi and cut into small pieces. Finally, mix the ingredients together in the bowl.

  • For the dressing, put the yoghurt and sour cream/cottage cheese in another bowl. Add vanilla sugar, bourbon sugar and a teaspoon of granulated sugar (optional). Now mix the dressing until you get a homogeneous creamy mass. Mix the salad with the dressing or serve it separately.


  • You can add any berries or nuts of your choice, for example strawberries and/or peanuts.

  • You can add a little bit of chopped fresh mint to this recipe if you enjoy the flavor of fresh mint.
