Take a large pot and fill it with water. After adding a dash of salt, add the green beans. Boil for approximately 3 minutes. After these minutes have passed, place the beans in a bowl using a spoon with slots.
Now it's time to prepare the barley. Use the same water as the one from the green peas, and cook until tender (20 minutes). When everything is done, take the barley out of the water and dry it on a baking sheet.
All the ingredients, including boiled barley and green beans, canned chickpeas, feta cheese, and lemon juice, should be combined in a big bowl. Mix everything, then savor the chickpea and feta salad's incredible flavor.
Another ingredient that can be combined in this salad is canned corn. It mainly depends on your preferences!
Bon Appetit!
