This salad requires a fantastic sauce. It is quite simple to make. Put the following ingredients in a blender: egg yolk, lemon juice, apple vinegar, mustard, minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil. Mix until the texture is creamy and distinct.
