Method

  • Bring 90 fl. oz. of water to a boil and add salt. Add the pasta and, stirring occasionally, cook at a moderate boil until tender or al dente, then drain.

  • Cut the boiled chicken breast into small pieces. Rinse the romaine lettuce, pat it dry and chop. Then wash the cherry tomatoes, pat them dry, and cut them in half or into quarters.

  • Toss the croutons with a bit of oil and bake in the preheated oven at 356°F until golden brown.

  • Grate the Parmesan cheese on a fine grater. Now mix all the chopped ingredients with pasta, add croutons, grated cheese, and season with Caesar sauce.

Notes

  • You can make the perfect Caesar sauce.

  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese has a much stronger flavor and creamier texture than pre-grated cheese. It's worth taking the time to grate it yourself for the best results.

  • You can add other ingredients to the salad, such as sliced olives, chopped cucumbers or avocado, to make it your own. Just make sure to keep the flavors complementary and in balance with the dressing.

Bon Appetit!
