  • Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Then, drain the water and rinse the pasta in a colander. After that, transfer the pasta to a large bowl and add a tablespoon of olive oil.

  • Wash the tomatoes, bell pepper, lettuce, and avocado, then pat them dry. Cut the tomatoes into halves and either tear the lettuce into smaller pieces or cut it. Remove the pit from the avocado and cut its flesh into thick slices. Seed the bell pepper and cut it into strips.

  • Combine the chopped vegetables with the boiled fusilli pasta and add the remaining two tablespoons of olive oil. Season the pasta salad with pepper, salt and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Mix everything well again.
