A delicious salad with a boiled egg, potatoes and fresh vegetables would be a great dish for the whole family. In the classic recipe, the salad is dressed with a dressing of mustard, oil and mayonnaise, but you can use vegetable oil or sour cream. You can also change the ingredients. Be sure to try making it for the kids!

Method

  • Take a large pot, boil water and salt to taste.

  • Rinse and peel the potatoes well. Cut the potatoes into cubes.

  • Put the potatoes in boiling water and simmer for about 15 minutes. The potatoes are ready when you can easily break them apart with a fork. Drain, put the potatoes in a colander and rinse with cold water. 

  • Wash the eggs and boil them for 10 minutes over medium heat. Let cool and finely chop.

  • Wash and chop the parsley. Rinse cucumbers, cut into small pieces. Wash and finely chop the radish. Slice your pickles. Peel and peel the onion and cut into rings. 

  • Place the parsley, fresh and pickled cucumbers, eggs, radishes and fresh onions in a bowl. Add the cooled potatoes.

  • Make the dressing for the salad. Take a deep bowl. Mix mayonnaise, oil, mustard, brine. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the dressing to the salad and mix well. 

  • Garnish the salad with finely chopped onions and herbs. Bon Appetit!
