A delicious potato salad made of new new potatoes and cucumbers. If you are cooking meat or fish in an outdoor grill, serve with such easy recipe.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
    0,3 lb
  • Cucumber
    pcs.
  • Cloves garlic
    tbsp.
  • Yoghurt
    1,5 tbsp.
  • Mint leaves
    1 sprig
  • Dijon mustard
    to taste
  • Salt
    to taste

Method

  • Wash the potatoes under running water, then peel and cut in half. Transfer the potatoes to the pot, fill with water and add salt. Cook for about 20 minutes until tender. Finally, drain the water and let cool.

  • Rinse the cucumbers under running, cut into rings.

  • Peel the garlic, crush in a press.

  • Rinse the mint and finely chop.

  • Combine all ingredients and transfer to a large bowl.

Tips

  • To cool a hot potato, transfer it to the large bowl and pour in ice. This method preserves the color and taste of potatoes.
